We get this question often , and don't worry, we have free parking available right behind our True Pilates Windsor studio location! You don't have to worry about paying for parking or parking blocks away; trust me, we've all been there! We totally understand that life happens and things come up. Your first cancellation is on us if you reach out and let us know by phone or email. After that, we require at least 12 hours' notice to avoid a $20 cancellation fee. In cases of emergencies or serious matters, please contact us directly, as we may be able to waive the fee.
